What's new at Almond House?

Well, the renovations are finally over and we have Almond House looking and feeling the way we want it. When we first bought Almond House, the first year was all about learning the business and getting a feel for the place. We renovated the back kitchen and bathroom and redecorated the guest bedrooms. In our second year we built the reception area - where we can extend a warm welcome to our guests when they arrive. And finally, we undertook some renovations to the main building to ensure that it meets all safety standards! It feels great to have all that hard work completed and now we are looking forward to spending time with our guests, and helping them make the most of the beautiful area we live in!

We have also launched our new website! We hope you like it! I think that it gives you a good feel for our place and offers lots of travel tips and ideas for Nelson and the Tasman area. I am looking forward to updating the photos this summer - so watch out if I have my camera out!
